There’s no fixed timetable to fit around. You tell us when you’d like classes — after school, before dinner, early on a Saturday morning, or late in the evening once the kids are asleep — and we assign a tutor for that time in your own time zone. We don’t work from a fixed timetable or a list of open slots. You tell us the days and the time you’d like, in your local time, and we assign a tutor who is available then. Mornings, afternoons, evenings or late nights all work, seven days a week.
Daylight saving handled for you
When the clocks change in March and November, your class stays at the same local time on your side. We adjust on ours, so you never have to work out a new time. Families in Arizona and Hawaii, which don’t change their clocks, keep their usual time too.

Which US time zones do you teach in?
All of them: Eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific, Alaska and Hawaii. Tell us your city and preferred time, and we’ll schedule the class in your local time.
What happens to my class time when the clocks change?
Nothing changes on your side. Your class stays at the same local time after daylight saving starts in March and ends in November. We adjust our schedule to match.
Can I book classes late in the evening or very early in the morning?
Yes. Scheduling is 24/7, so you can request any time that suits your family, including late evenings, early mornings and weekends.
How long is each class?
Every class is 30 minutes, one-on-one with your tutor, which suits children’s attention spans and busy adult schedules.
How much do the classes cost in the USA?
Plans are $40 a month for 2 days a week, $55 for 3 days and $80 for 5 days. Your first class is free.
Is the trial class really free?
Yes. Every new student gets three days free trial classes to meet the tutor before choosing a plan.
What do we need to join a class?
A laptop, tablet or phone with a stable internet connection. Headphones help younger children stay focused.
Can my child and I both take classes?
