Online Quran Classes in Kuwait for Kids & Adults

Darul Islam gives your child one-on-one Quran classes at home with a qualified tutor who explains in Urdu or English, at any time that suits your family’s week.

Why Quran Learning Is Hard for Many Families in Kuwait
Kuwait has mosques and Quran centres in almost every area, yet many expat parents still struggle to find the right Quran teacher for their children. Classes at local centres are usually taught in Arabic, which children from Pakistani, Indian and other non-Arab families often can’t follow. They learn to repeat the sounds, but not the rules behind them.
The alternatives bring their own problems. A home tutor means letting someone into your house, fixed visiting times, and starting again from scratch when the tutor leaves Kuwait. Driving to a class means evening traffic after long working days and, for much of the year, extreme heat. And when families fly home for the long summer holidays, Quran learning often stops for two or three months.
Darul Islam Quran Academy was built around these problems. Your child learns at home, online and one-on-one, with a qualified tutor, most of them Huffaz-e-Quran, who explains every lesson in Urdu or English. Classes follow you wherever you are, you can watch every class, and a Monthly Report Card shows exactly how your child is progressing.

Classes That Fit Kuwait's School Week and Weekend
Kuwait runs on its own rhythm: school starts early, the working week runs Sunday to Thursday, and Friday is for Jumu’ah and family. There’s no fixed timetable to fit around. Tell us the days and times you’d like, in Kuwait time, and we’ll assign a tutor for that slot. Kuwait doesn’t change its clocks, so your class stays at the same time all year.
Going home for the summer? Keep learning
Many families spend the long summer break in Pakistan, India or elsewhere. Your classes can go with you. Keep the same tutor, and we’ll move your class to match the local time wherever you’re staying, then switch it back when you return to Kuwait.
Times Kuwait families often choose
- Early afternoon, once school and lunch are done
- After Asr, before the evening rush

Questions Parents in Kuwait Ask Us
Do your tutors teach in Urdu, English or Arabic?
Tutors explain lessons in Urdu or English, the languages most expat children in Kuwait are comfortable with, while teaching the Quran itself in its original Arabic.
Can we continue classes when we travel home for the summer?
Yes. Keep the same tutor and classes while you’re in Pakistan, India or anywhere else. We simply move the class time to match your local time there.
Is online learning safer than a home tutor?
Many parents prefer it. There’s no visitor in your home, and you can watch every class from the same room. Female tutors are available for girls and women.
Which days do families in Kuwait usually choose?
Many choose Sunday to Thursday after school, and some add Friday or Saturday for longer practice. You can pick any days and change them whenever you need.
Will the class time change during the year?
No. Kuwait doesn’t use daylight saving, so your class stays at the same Kuwait time all year, unless you ask us to move it for Ramadan or travel.
Can mothers and other adults join too?
Yes. Many mothers learn Quran or Tajweed while the children are at school. Adults get their own one-on-one classes at times that suit them, with female tutors available.
What happens in Ramadan?
School and working hours change in Ramadan, so we move classes around Iftar, Taraweeh and Suhoor. Many families add extra days during the month.
How much do classes cost in Kuwait?
Plans are KWD 10 a month for 2 days a week, KWD 15 for 3 days and KWD 20 for 5 days, with 30-minute one-on-one classes. Your first class is free.
